The Villa was very nice! The staff was amazing! Specifically remembering Felix our bartender and Natalyn (sp) (Maybe)our server. The front desk the manager (looked like he was related to Albert Pujols 🙂) The use of the golf carts for traveling the local area.

Dining experience was generally great. Room was OK; but since they're in the middle of a major renovation / upgrade, I believe that, by the end of this year, this facility will become much better.

The staff is very nice and friendly. You can spend a great time with family including kids. The food is delicious and you can get whatever you want to eat.

Apartment: Huge (I had 110 m2 for my majesty) and very comfortable. Buffet: Large variety of choices in the buffet and fairly decent. Those complaining and expecting a 2-Michelin level, kindly be hinted that a meal in a 2-Michelin star would cost you more than the entire all-inclusive stay per night ;) Be reasonable. Pools: I appreciated that one of the pools was in a quieter environment. Personnel: Very friendly, without overdoing it.
